Do you have an actual retail store that I can visit?  

Currently we only offer products online or through custom design appointments.  

What is your design process for custom ensembles?

Our design process here at Shop Rebecca Calagna Invitation & Favor Boutique begins with finding out who you are: your personality, style and theme of your event along with your needs. Please fill out the form under Custom Ensembles to help us gather some preliminary information about you.  We will then set up a meeting where we can discuss your vision in more detail. After our meeting, Rebecca will create a proof for you based on your vision and ideas provided. While there is a fee for this, it will later be deducted from your final balance. Once your proof is received you will give us your feedback and revisions will be made accordingly. Your package includes three revisions at no charge to ensure that your wording and layout are perfect. Once you have approved your design, we ask that you sign off on your proof. We will then send you a final invoice (with design fee deducted off of the amount). Upon receipt of payment, we will begin producing your custom pieces.  Please allow at least 4-6 weeks from start to completion of the entire process.

Can we change the colors/fonts/ribbons to match my wedding?

All of our designs can be customized to match your personal style, only a few basic designs are shown here. Please view the Finishing Touches section of our website to see our wide variety of sizes, stock, ribbons, typestyles and crystals. You will be sure to find something to suite your preferences. What is included in the price of your custom invitations?

Our ensemble pricing includes: invitation, front monogram tag (if desired), outer envelope, response card and envelope, return addressing on both response card and outer envelope and assembly.

Do you offer printing of mailing addresses on my event envelopes?

For a small fee of $1.00/e we will print your outter envelopes to match your invitation font. You simply send up a word document with your guest list (a format will be provided). This is highly recommended and adds an elegant and complete touch.

How long does the process take?

Typically we require 4-6 weeks to design, print and assemble your invitations and custom pieces.  Therefore, you should begin your invitation process as soon as possible in order to ensure that your invitations go out 6-8 weeks prior to your event date!

Do you create matching accessories that coordinate with my invitations?

Most definitely! We believe that creating matching accessories help create an elegant affaire and cary out the theme and style of your wedding perfectly. We can create, seating cards and table names, programs, favor tags, specialty signs, favors and more. What is your return policy?

For custom designed/printed orders:

Grace Amore Invitation & Favor Boutique strive and do everything possible to ensure that you are completely happy wiht your proof BEFORE it goes to print. Therefore, once your proof has been approved, we can not offer any refunds.

For blank stock items or gifts:

If your item doesn't completely meet your expectations and you are unhappy, we will offer you a full refund within 15 days, however we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Please contact us by email if you would like to return your order.

How long does it take to receive my goods?

Shop Rebecca Calagna orders are sent via UPS Ground. We often ship blank stock invitations/favors from the manufacturer directly to your home. Custom printed invitation orders ship from our facility in California. Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer's location in relation to your shipping location. Typically you will receive a ground shipment 3-5 business days after the order has left the facility. The in-house processing time for most blank stock items is 1-2 business days.  Please Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing times.  A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment which will give you an exact delivery date.  If you are in a rush to recieve your order, please contact us for information on expedited shipping methods.
